We are manufacturing our cast iron products by melting iron ore in our high-performance eletric melting ovens which have a monthly capacity of more than 600 tons. We value high quality workmanship and use state-of-the-art machines such as automatic powder coating lines.

Unlike other manufacturers we are not using any charcoal melting ovens and comply with the newest environmental policies.

Our home fitness workstations are produced in an industrial engineered production line. We use welding robots and manual welding depending on the items and quantities. In order to meet high quality requirements we are only using a fully automized powder coating line. With special pre-treatments we ensure that the paint is fixed well and ensures durablity.

We are a proud holder of a Special cement filling patent procedure.

Usually cement is filled manually and mixed in each plate case by other manufacturers which causes air or water inclusions resulting in unhappy customer feedbacks. We are using a special recipe of cement mixture and filling machines using wave technology to ensure a homogenous material within our self-made plastic cases. We also produce the cases in-house using various plastic injection machines.
